Financial assistance for tuition is available for Kindergarten – grade 6. Parents are invited to apply for financial assistance by completing a FACTS Grant & Aid Application, found on under the "FACTS Links" section on this page. The FACTS application fee is $30 per family, payable to FACTS. The $30 fee is due to FACTS by April 1.
My FACTS Account is a service provided to families and students which enables you to view the current status of your tuition account with FACTS Management Company. Your account is password protected and the data is encrypted as it is transmitted to you.

St. Joseph School uses the FACTS Tuition Management Program to handle all our tuition payment plans. Once registered, each family will be enrolled with FACTS and will be billed based on the payment options selected for the current school year. All families must pay their tuition through FACTS Tuition Management. You can check on the status of your account, the schedule of payments still to be made, a listing of those payments already made, and a complete listing of all activity through your account.
In order to access your account, you will need the information on the confirmation letter, which FACTS sent to you when your account was established.

All NEW families must file online with FACTS Management Program at www.factsmgt.com. Your child’s placement is not guaranteed until your FACTS Tuition Account has been set up for the 2021-2022 School year.
RETURNING FAMILIES, Grades K-6, your current FACTS Tuition account will be "rolled over" to the 2021-2022 School Year. You only need to add any additional child/children who are enrolling for the first time. You can also change your current method of payment or payment plan.
If you are not planning to return for the 2021–2022 School Year, please notify Kathy Zink in the School Finance office.
Your child's placement is not guaranteed unless you have completed an online Registration form, for the 2021-2022 School year.
The payment methods are electronic debit and credit cards. The electronic debit needs to be authorized by parents and/or authorized payers from a checking or savings account. It is important to note that FACTS Management Company and the school never have any direct access to your account. The automatic payment process is strictly controlled by NACHA and other banking regulation agencies to be secure, compliant, and limited to what has been authorized by the parents. FACTS accepts MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and American Express.

The Family Registration fee of $200.00 will be applied to your FACTS Tuition account. You will receive an email notification from FACTS 10 days prior to the registration fees being withdrawn from your account.
Payments received past the tuition due date will be assessed a $25.00 late fee on the past due amount, and a FACTS returned fee of $30.00.
All bank fees will be passed on to your account for the return of a check (as when paying the registration fee) or direct debit decline.
Families one payment in arrears will be notified by the St. Joseph Catholic School Principal and Parish Finance Office as being PAST DUE. Report cards will not be distributed to students whose accounts are past due.
Families with an outstanding tuition balance two payments in arrears will be notified by the St. Joseph Catholic School & Parish Finance Office as being SERIOUSLY DELINQUENT. A written crisis notification will be provided to the families. The principal, pastor (as appropriate) will be notified of the seriously delinquent status. The crisis notification will alert the family that the student will not be allowed to attend classes beginning the first of the following month.
St. Joseph Catholic School & Parish Finance Office will pursue every avenue to obtain tuition payment, including collection agencies and legal options. School records will not be released until the outstanding tuition balance is paid in full, as well as any collection fees incurred.
